How To Apply For Mail-In Ballot

Deadline Alert: if you plan to vote by mail-in or absentee ballot in the 2026 GENERAL ELECTION held on 11/03/2026, your application must be received in the county office by 5:00 PM on 10/27/2026. Your voted ballot must be returned by 8:00 PM on 11/03/2026.

Registered voters can apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot online with a valid PA driver's license or photo I.D. from the PA Department of Transportation (PennDOT) or the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND you Apply Online and supply your email. You will then receive automated emails when your application is received, when it is approved, when the ballot is mailed to you, and when your completed ballot is confirmed returned to Voter Services.
